Swara Bhaskar got angry at Shehzad Poonawala, exposed the truth to the world

Reality show ‘Rise and Fall Season 2’ is in the news these days due to its high-voltage drama and sharp controversies. In the recent episode of the show, the atmosphere became very heated when a heated argument broke out on the stage between well-known actress Swara Bhaskar and political commentator Shehzad Poonawala.

The main reason for this controversy was some strategic decisions taken by Shehzad in the show. In this episode, not only the mutual tension between the contestants came to the fore, but the show’s host and former cricketer Virender Sehwag made the game even more exciting by announcing a shocking ‘triple eviction’.

Swara got angry with Shahzad’s decisions

The controversy started when after Gautam’s ranking, Shehzad took the tough decision of sending Manish Kashyap and Sonam Malik straight to the ‘Basement’. Sonam was enraged by Shehzad’s move and made serious allegations against Gautam Gulati of openly cheating. However, while defending, Gautam clarified that he had taken this decision keeping in mind the interests of the penthouse and its rulers.

On the other hand, when the rulers appealed to the workers to be gentle with Sonam, the suspicion of the contestants present in the basement deepened. Meanwhile, Swara Bhaskar asked sharp questions to Shehzad as to why he did not decide to save her even though she had helped Shehzad twice in the past.

“You have been trolling for eight years”

Swara also raised questions on Shehzad Poonawala’s equations with Gautam. Karan Patel also called Shehzad’s move a big and risky bet, although Shehzad remained adamant on his point. When Swara thanked Gautam for taking the right decision in difficult times, Shehzad interrupted and claimed that he too had a role in saving Swara.

Enraged at this, Swara said, ‘Can you remain calm? I’m not talking to you.’ After this the argument escalated so much that Shehzad advised Swara not to drag others into their fight. Countering this, Swara directly attacked him and said, ‘You have been trolling me on social media for the last eight years.’ Although Shehzad was seen apologizing, Swara was in no mood to leave the issue so easily.

Virender Sehwag’s ‘triple eviction’ plan

The drama in the show did not stop here. After Sonam and Manish went to the basement, the sword of eviction started hanging over all the six workers of the show. These six contestants who came under the ambit of danger included Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Jaswant Bopanna, Sonam Malik, Manish Kashyap, Rishabh Jaiswal and Niharika Tiwari. Host Virender Sehwag himself reached the tower to take stock of the situation and surprised everyone by making a big announcement of ‘triple eviction’. Along with this he declared Manish Kashyap as ‘King of the Basement’.

Shahzad’s ‘damage control’

During the eviction process, Sehwag also reminded Shehzad of his old statement in which he had expressed his desire to leave the show. Sehwag gave a special opportunity to Shehzad that he could give his last safe ticket to some other contestant. Shehzad handed over this ticket to Swara Bhaskar, on which host Sehwag immediately commented and called it just a ‘damage control’.

After this, on the basis of audience votes, Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary and Niharika Tiwari were saved safely. However, the final decision regarding the future of Manish, Jaswant, Rishabh and Sonam and their eviction is still pending, which has further increased the curiosity of the audience.
