New Delhi. While hearing a matrimonial dispute case, the Supreme Court bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice KV Vishwanathan made interesting comments on Wednesday. The judge told him his salary and said that such ideas should not be given to wives. According to the news of Bar and Bench, the bench commented whether the husband will also have to pay pocket money? The court said that tomorrow even our wives will say that they want pocket money. This is a very dangerous situation.

Along with this, the judge said that our monthly salary is not only 15 thousand dollars, but 3 lakh rupees. The bench told the woman's lawyer not to give such brilliant ideas to the women present here. In this case, the woman had demanded an additional $15,000 from her husband in addition to other expenses. The Supreme Court bench said that if the husband is already paying other expenses and even then separate pocket money is being demanded, then this would be a very dangerous situation. Along with this, the judge told his salary and said that tomorrow his wives will also start asking for pocket money.

In another case, the bench of Supreme Court Justice PK Mishra and Justice Shri Chandrashekhar said that ordering divorce by a foreign court on the basis of no expectation of improvement in marital relations is not legally valid. The bench rejected the petition filed by a person saying this. In the petition, the person had appealed to cancel the case registered against him under second marriage and criminal conspiracy. The Supreme Court said in this case that it is of the opinion that the foreign divorce decree was given in violation of the existing marriage law of India and on a basis which is not legally recognized. The court said that this not only violates the legal limit of Section 13 of the CPC, but also violates the observations of the Supreme Court regarding the conditions to be fulfilled by a foreign decree for its enforcement in India.
