Rajbhar taunted Akhilesh, said – 'D' in PDA means distance from Dalits.

Lucknow. State Government Cabinet Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has made a scathing attack on Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav. Raising questions about the politics of PDA (Backward, Dalit, Minority), he said that 'D' in Akhilesh Yadav's PDA means saluting Dalits from a distance. Taking aim at the SP chief through a post on social media, Rajbhar advised him to get down to ground and go among the general public.

Om Prakash Rajbhar sarcastically said that Akhilesh Yadav meets 'A' i.e. minority class in Rampur and reaches the houses and shops of 'P' i.e. backward class people in Banaras, but maintains distance from 'D' i.e. Dalits. He asked why the SP chief, who is doing PDA politics, is avoiding going among the Dalit families and knowing their problems?

'Get down to the ground and see how much UP has changed'

Rajbhar said that Akhilesh Yadav should go among the Dalit families and see the current situation. He claimed that under the Yogi government, Dalit families are getting the benefits of pucca houses, toilets and various welfare schemes. Women are being provided employment opportunities by connecting them with self-help groups. Besides, schemes are also being run for children's education and employment.

Taking aim at the previous SP regime, he alleged that during that time the rights of Dalits and backward classes were ignored. Rajbhar said that Akhilesh Yadav should reach out among the common people instead of limiting himself only to his political workers and leaders. Only by communicating directly with the public will they get real information about the changes taking place in the state and the ground situation.
