Sonbhadra. District Magistrate/District Election Officer Charcharat Gaur has given necessary instructions to the concerned officers to add the missing women and youth voters in the voter list under Special Brief Revision-2027.
He said that eligible beneficiaries above 18 years of age, especially women and youth, whose names are not yet registered in the voter list, should be identified among the ration card holders registered at government cheap food shops. 100% registration should be ensured by filling their Form-6.
The draft publication of the voter list will take place on 12 November 2026, while claims and objections will be received from 12 November to 11 December 2026. The qualifying date is set for January 1, 2027.
The District Magistrate directed the concerned officers to register the missing eligible voters through ration shops and ensure to provide the sought information and reports on the prescribed format within two days.
