New Delhi, 07 November 2026: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has invited applications from startups working in the field of film and related technology. These startups will be able to participate in the 'WaveX Startup Pavilion' in the 'Waves Bazaar' during the 'International Film Festival of India' (IFFI) 2026 to be held in Goa this month.
According to the ministry, eligible startups registered at DPIIT can apply. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by a selection committee formed by WaveX. Interested startups can apply at wavex.wavesbazaar.com, where registration forms and other related information are available.
The Ministry had said that the objective of this initiative is to provide an opportunity to new startups to showcase their products, technologies and solutions to the film and media industry (in the country as well as internationally). This will also help startups establish contacts and develop collaborations with film producers, production houses and investors. The 57th edition of IFFI (International Film Festival of India) will be held in Goa from 20th to 28th of this month.
