Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma, Pipri Police has arrested a warranty accused as part of the campaign being run to arrest warranty accused.
Under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Headquarters Mavis Talk and Area Officer Pipri Harsh Pandey and under the leadership of Police Station Head Ajay Kumar Srivastava, the police team arrested Meraj Ansari alias Kallu (23 years), resident of slum Turra, police station Pipri, at around 3:30 am on 8 November 2026.
The accused was a warrantee in case No. 6810/2021, Section 457, 380, 411 IPC. After his arrest he was presented before the court.
The team that made the arrest included Police Station Head Ajay Kumar Srivastava, Sub Inspector Dilip Kumar Singh, Head Constable Manish Kumar Singh.
