An alleged picture of Indian actress Alia Bhatt watching her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s film Ramayana inside a theatre caught attention on social media on Thursday, November 5. The image circulated online as users discussed her reported appearance at the screening.
The picture was shared by a user on X, formerly Twitter. It reportedly showed Alia sitting in a recliner inside a cinema hall, wearing 3D glasses along with other viewers. She appeared to have her hands near her face while watching the film.
The user posted the image with the caption, “Alia Bhatt watching Ramayana!” When another person questioned its authenticity by asking, “Real?”, the account replied, “Yes.” However, the image could not be independently verified.
The post also led to comments from social media users. One person described Alia as a “Proud wifey”, while another wrote, “Wifey so amazed seeing her hubby creating history with coming days.”
The discussion came two days after Alia attended a special screening of Ramayana in Mumbai on November 3. She was accompanied by her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor, at the event.
For the occasion, Alia wore a green linen saree with a blue border. She completed her look with a silver embellished blouse, statement earrings and a turquoise bindi.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayana: Part 1 arrived in cinemas worldwide on November 5. The film had a reported runtime of three hours and 15 minutes.
