New Delhi: A surprising case has come to light from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where a family from across the border has come here with their daughter's relation. It is being told that a family has come from neighboring country Pakistan to Jodhpur, Rajasthan to get their daughter married. The bride's family says most of their members are married in India.

Daughter's marriage fixed in India

According to the information, the name of the bride is Meena Sodha and her father's name is Ganpat Singh Sodha, while mother's name is Dimple Bhati. The bride's father Ganpat Singh Sodha says that most people in Pakistan belong to his gotra. For this reason, he is not able to marry his daughter there and has to come to India with a visa and get married here. It is being told that on Wednesday the wedding procession will reach Jodhpur from Jaisalmer to pick up the bride. Ganpat Singh Sodha further said that his elder brother Lal Singh Sodha came to India in 2013 and he currently does business in India.

The bride's father Ganpat Singh Sodha says that – I have also decided to come to India in 2022 and have decided to get my daughter married here. Meena Sodha told that she has completed her studies from Kamla Nehru Women's College, Jodhpur and she does not see any significant difference between India and Pakistan. He said, there is a little fear in coming here, but after coming to India, everything feels very good. I have also studied in India only.

Whereas the bride's mother Dimple Bhati says that the people of India and the entire environment of India are very good. We all have been traveling between India and Pakistan for the last 10 years. Ganpat Singh Sodha said that he has to face many difficulties in coming to India from Pakistan. He said, no direct train or plane comes to India.
