Canara Bank has given a new facility to its customers and said that any person who is receiving pension is no longer required to come to the bank to submit the certificate. The bank has started the facility of video conference online.

Under this new facility, people will be able to book time slots online while sitting at home. The bank officials will collect their life certificate through this service on video call and verify it.

For your information, let us tell you that every year before November, every pensioner needs a life certificate. The pension of those who do not do this is immediately stopped and this ban remains in effect until the person issues his life certificate.
