The device offers fitness tracking features and is also equipped with smart health insights. The new smartwatch launched by the company features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, aluminum body and an AI-based coaching system, designed to provide activity guidance and health data. It also supports more than 700 sports modes. It includes advanced health tracking metrics like VO2 Max and heart rate variability.

boAt Valor Watch 1R features a 1.43-inch 3D AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and the device features a curved glass design for better visual depth. This device supports more than 100 cloud watch faces. Along with this, this smartwatch has features like turn-by-turn navigation and custom reminders. This smartwatch is based on the X2 processor, which works with high-accuracy algorithms.

The device includes an AI coach, which recognizes and guides activities. Along with this, it also has an AI-based health monitoring system. boAt Valor Watch 1R also supports more than 700 sports modes. For health tracking, the device monitors heart rate, SpO2 levels, stress and sleep, and it also provides recovery information along with metrics like heart rate variability and VO2 max. boAt Valor Watch 1R supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
