A scary movement is moving from Iran towards Saudi Arabia! Mysterious thing seen in the sea increased tension across the world

New Delhi: When Trump rejected Iran’s offer to end the conflict, oil prices immediately started rising again. Meanwhile, satellite imagery is increasing people’s concern. Is anything moving from Iran to Saudi Arabia via sea? Different theories are being given to explain this incident.

oil spill in sea

Iran produces more than 3 million barrels of crude oil daily. Most of this production passes through its main export terminal located on Kharg Island. Aerial photographs show this same place. It looks as if oil has spread into the sea. Therefore questions are being raised whether Iran’s storage facilities have started overflowing? Or have Iran’s pipelines been exhausted amid the fighting?

Crude oil capacity decreased rapidly

According to Western media reports, Iran’s crude oil storage capacity has decreased rapidly due to the ongoing dispute with the United States and Israel. The biggest thing is that due to the US blockade, oil tankers are not able to move out of the Persian Gulf. Because of this all the oil has accumulated. Iran has resumed the use of offshore tanks and floating storage vessels. However, overall the situation has not improved significantly.

Why doesn’t Iran stop oil production?

This question is also in the minds of people. The problem is that Iran cannot stop oil production because doing so would risk serious and perhaps permanent damage to its underground oil reserves. In view of this difficulty, it is being speculated that Iran may dump its oil into the sea.

What will be the consequences of stopping production?

When oil wells remain closed for a long time, water and natural gas can seep into the surrounding rocks. This can reduce the porosity of rocks, while silt or paraffin oil can clog pores and pipelines. Restarting oil production later often proves to be more expensive. In some cases, oil production never completely returns to its previous level.

Iran has about 3,500 oil wells

According to reports, there are about 3,500 active oil wells in Iran from which oil is extracted daily. Despite disruption in the supply chain due to war and US blockade, it is necessary to extract oil from these wells. If they are closed then these wells will be filled with water and once the oil wells are filled with water then they will be closed forever. Therefore, Iran is forced to extract oil every day.

what does the report say

The report claims that Iran’s storage capacity is 30 million barrels which is now completely filled. On April 28, Iran stored 2 million barrels of oil on its 30-year-old ship, Nasha. Now Iran has no place left to store oil.
