A secret meeting between China and Pakistan was held in Nepal… a roadmap was prepared for a conspiracy against India.
Beijing. On February 16th, a secret meeting between Pakistani and Chinese officials was held in Baluwatar, a residential area considered to be the safest in Nepal’s capital, Kathmandu. Top Chinese and Pakistani officials were present at the meeting. Significantly, Colonel Hafiz-ur-Rehman, the Pakistani Defense Attaché posted at the Pakistan Embassy in Nepal, also attended the meeting.
In this meeting, a roadmap was prepared for a conspiracy to destabilize India in the name of Arunachal Pradesh. For this, a thorough plan was made to identify and assign tasks to local Nepali journalists, social workers, and people belonging to the Madheshiya community of southern Nepal in China and Pakistan. Based on the continuous inputs received by the Central Intelligence Agency, strong evidence has been found that China and Pakistan are using Nepal’s soil to conspire against India.
According to sources, seven prominent officials from Pakistan and China attended the meeting. The meeting, which lasted approximately two and a quarter hours, involved China’s reference to Arunachal Pradesh as a means of destabilizing India. The meeting was held to disrupt the atmosphere of Arunachal Pradesh’s foundation day, which falls on February 20th. China had specifically selected 23 local individuals for this purpose.
Plan to instigate under the guise of exchange program
Under this plan, those people from Nepal were selected who had visited different parts of China during the last two years. However, it is a different matter that the big conspiracy of China and Pakistan to set the narrative of claiming Tawang as their part at the international level, completely flopped. In this, it was planned that some of these 23 people from Nepal would be sent to India. Even now, a plan is being made to send 14 of these people to North East to collect complete information.
Based on inputs received by the Central Intelligence Agency, it has also been confirmed that this entire plan was masterminded by some officers of the Western Theater Command of the People’s Liberation Army based in Chengdu, China. In fact, since December 2024, China has established two centers in Lalitpur and Kirtipur, Nepal, to promote its language along with its cultural programs and heritage.
Several meetings have taken place so far.
According to sources, a series of meetings have been held between Chinese and Pakistani officials in Kathmandu over the past few days. Several of these meetings have even included officials affiliated with Pakistan’s ISI, under the guise of embassy functions. This meeting, held last Monday, included three key embassy officials, including Pakistan’s defense attaché.
According to information received from sources, in this meeting, Pakistani officials discussed with Chinese officials the entire report of the insurgency in Balochistan and the projects being run by China in Pakistan due to it.
