Maruti Suzuki Franks is considered to be the best mileage car in its segment. According to ARAI, the 1.2 liter petrol manual variant returns a mileage of 21.79 kmpl, while the 1.2 liter petrol AMT variant returns a mileage of 22.89 kmpl. The 1.2 liter CNG variant returns a mileage of 28.51 kmpl.

Also, the 1.0 liter turbo petrol manual variant returns a mileage of 21.5 kmpl and the turbo petrol automatic variant returns 20.01 kmpl. Interestingly, the petrol and CNG bi-fuel model can offer a driving range of around 1200 km on a full tank.
