UP Weather Update Alert: Amidst the scorching heat in Uttar Pradesh, now the most dangerous and violent mood of the weather is going to be seen. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a very serious and scary warning for different parts of the state. If you are also a resident of UP, then the next few hours can be difficult for you, because the Meteorological Department has suddenly issued a big alert and asked everyone to remain alert.
A mega-alert has been issued in many areas of the state for severe thunderstorms and lightning along with destructive storms at speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour and torrential rains. In view of the frightening speed of the winds and the seriousness of the danger, the Meteorological Department has divided all the affected districts of Uttar Pradesh into three different dangerous categories.
The most severe storm will hit these districts, the storm will blow at a speed of 80 km/hour.
According to the Meteorological Department, dust storms along with severe thunder and deadly lightning can wreak havoc in many districts of the state. The normal wind speed in these areas will be 60 to 70 kilometers per hour, which can suddenly increase to a storm speed of 80 kilometers per hour during strong gusts of the storm.
This highly sensitive category mainly includes Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Kasganj, Etah, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Auraiya, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and all their surrounding areas, where people have been advised to stay safe in their homes.
Stormy winds of 70 km/hour and orgy of lightning in these areas
Even in the second category districts, the Meteorological Department has warned of extremely strong gusty winds along with thunder and lightning. The normal wind speed here will usually be recorded at 50 to 60 km/hour, but if the weather is bad, this speed can easily reach the dangerous level of 70 km/hour.
The main affected areas under the ambit of this warning are Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravi Das Nagar, Ghazipur, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar and all the surrounding areas, where the weather is changing rapidly.
Heavy rain warning in more than 50 districts of Uttar Pradesh
The Meteorological Department has issued an official warning of heavy rain with thunder in a large part of Uttar Pradesh. Due to this rain, there will be a huge drop in temperature and people will get great relief from the humid heat.
This mega-list includes Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharth Nagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Ambedkar Nagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Badaun and all their surrounding districts are included, where heavy rains with strong winds are about to begin.
