Balrampur- The claims of development in the Gram Panchayats are failing whereas the government provides lakhs of rupees every year through various funds to the Gram Panchayats for the rejuvenation of rural areas and other arrangements. Even after this, the situation of departmental corruption is such that development is visible only on paper and the rest of the responsible village heads and secretaries are seen only doing their own development. The picture that emerges is of rampant corruption. Gram Panchayat of development block Tulsipur is seen on Paraspur road of Paraspur Karonda, where the villagers expressed their anger and said that what game is being played by the head and secretary regarding the development of the village, where the villagers say that the drainage in Paraspur is a big problem. The problem remains due to which there is a lot of dirt and it is difficult for the public to walk on the roads. Whereas this problem has persisted for a long time. Which has not been resolved yet, due to which there is a possibility of spread of infected diseases.
There is a big problem in Paraspur village for years due to which there is always heavy waterlogging on this road. Regarding this, local women and men said that this problem has been persisting here for a long time and complaints have been made several times to the head and secretary of the Gram Panchayat, but the problem has not been resolved till now. While the problem has not been solved till now, it is a big question in itself, while the Ganga of development is flowing on paper, for which all the local people have appealed to get this problem solved.
