The game of changing date of birth in Aadhaar is over in UP! Now the new certificate will not work, government has tightened the rules

Aadhaar Update Rules: A major change has been made regarding changing the date of birth in the Aadhar card. Now it will not be easy to arbitrarily get the date of birth changed by getting a new birth certificate made. The government has tightened the rules so that any kind of irregularities or manipulation can be prevented.

This change is going to happen

Till now many people used to get a new birth certificate made to show more or less age. The old certificate was canceled and a new certificate was prepared with a different date of birth. On the basis of this, the date of birth in the Aadhar card could be easily changed. But now it will not be possible to do this.

What does the New Testament say?

Actually, a unique birth registration number is recorded in every birth certificate. According to the new rule, if an Aadhar card holder wants to change the date of birth, then he will have to make corrections in the already made birth certificate. That means the birth registration number should remain the same. If a person submits a new birth certificate with a different number, it will not be accepted.

Now there will be no problem

According to the information, many people change their date of birth to get more opportunities in job. Some players do this to take advantage of the age limit in sports competitions. At the same time, some students get their date of birth changed more than once to appear in the high school examination. Now after the new rules it will become difficult to commit such irregularities.

80 percent cases come due to change in date of birth

Statistics show that about 80 percent of the people coming to Aadhaar update centers come for change in date of birth. Earlier also there was a rule that the date of birth could not be changed more than once. Second time one had to go to the regional office for change. Despite this, people used to bypass the rules by getting a new birth certificate made.
