Torture of heat in North India, alert of storm and rain in these states, see latest update of IMD
Weather Update: There are signs of changing weather once again in North India including the capital Delhi. At present winter seems to be almost over in Western and Northern India. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued warnings of storm and rain in nine states. At the same time, snowfall is expected to continue in the hilly areas.
There is no possibility of rain in Delhi and surrounding areas at present. However, the temperature may increase by 2 to 3 degrees in the next two days. In such a situation, people have started feeling the heat before time. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature may remain about three degrees above normal for the next three days. Apart from this, due to low wind speed the air quality can also deteriorate.
Uttar Pradesh weather
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain in Uttar Pradesh at present. The weather is expected to remain clear for the next five days. During this period, strong sunlight and increasing heat can increase people’s problems. The temperature is likely to rise in cities like Firozabad, Mainpuri, Mathura, Aligarh, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Deoria and Gorakhpur.
Chance of clouds in Bihar
The weather department in Bihar has predicted partly cloudy sky. Light drizzle may also occur in some areas. There is a possibility of rain in Purnia, Katihar, Kishanganj and Khagaria on March 11, while the weather is expected to be normal in the rest of the areas.
Snowfall alert in hilly areas
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather may change once again in the high altitude areas of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. An alert of rain and snowfall has been issued here. There is a possibility of cloudy sky in Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Nainital and Uttarkashi.
Warning of storm and rain in these states
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in the sub-Himalayan areas of West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and many states of Northeast India. Apart from this, the weather may also worsen in some parts of Himachal Pradesh. Rain is expected in Kangra, Chamba, Shimla and Manali till March 7.

Weather of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan
The weather will remain dry in most parts of Madhya Pradesh. There is a possibility of a weak western disturbance becoming active in Rajasthan, due to which strong winds may blow in some areas.
