New Delhi: As the campaign for the Delhi Assembly elections intensifies, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal has targeted the BJP on Tuesday. Cautioning Delhi voters, he claimed that the six-hour power cuts would resume if the Bharatiya Janata Party comes to power. Addressing a public meeting in Adarsh ​​Nagar constituency, Kejriwal mentioned the changes in Delhi under his leadership. Regarding electricity supply, he said that today Delhi gets 24 hours electricity. 10 years ago, there used to be power cuts of six hours.

Arvind Kejriwal further said that BJP is in power in 20 states, yet there is no 24-hour electricity in any of them. The former Delhi Chief Minister further said that if you press the wrong button, the six-hour power cut in Delhi will start again. As soon as you press the lotus button, the power will go off even before you reach home.

I made arrangements for education for the poor- Kejriwal

While addressing the election programme, Arvind Kejriwal said that while mentioning the cheap electricity rate in Delhi, he cautioned that in Gujarat the bill for 400 units comes to Rs 4,500. But if you press the wrong button here, you will soon have to pay Rs 10,000 for electricity. Pointing out his government's emphasis on public welfare, the AAP chief said if God asked me what I did on earth, I would say I provided education to the poor. He announced that AAP will set up three mohalla clinics in every ward to increase access to healthcare.
