Kejriwal's chair will be 'Bharat's sandals' for Atishi, this is how Delhi's government will run

New Delhi: After political upheaval in the capital, AAP leader Atishi Marlena today took charge as the eighth Chief Minister of Delhi. As soon as she took charge, Atishi made a statement about Kejriwal's chair. From her statement it seems that she will not use any of former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's things. Atishi has described Kejriwal's chair as 'Bharat's wooden sandals'.

Atishi did not sit on the CM's chair

After taking charge as the new Chief Minister of Delhi, Atishi said, “Today I have the same pain in my heart as Bharat ji had when Lord Ram went to exile. He ruled by keeping Lord Ram's sandals. Lord Ram is the ideal for all of us and Kejriwal ji served the people of Delhi by following his path and resigned from the post of CM while following the decorum. I am confident that now the people of Delhi will make Kejriwal ji the CM again by making him victorious with a huge majority in the assembly elections. Till then this Chief Minister's chair will wait for Kejriwal ji.” Let us tell you that Atishi sat on a separate chair in the Chief Minister's office.

Mukesh Ahlawat joined for the first time

Let us tell you that, with Atishi occupying the CM's chair, a new cabinet has also been formed in which Saurabh Bhardwaj has the maximum eight departments after Atishi, which include health, tourism, art and culture. Mukesh Ahlawat, who has joined the cabinet for the first time, has the Labor, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, Employment and Land and Building departments. Gopal Rai has been given the Development, General Administration, Environment and Forest departments, which he also had earlier in the Kejriwal government. Transport, Home, Administrative Reforms, Women and Child Development departments remain with Kailash Gehlot. The new cabinet led by Atishi has a long list of many projects, schemes and new initiatives to be started in the next few months before the Delhi Assembly elections in February.
