New Delhi: Bobby Deol made waves with his debut web series Ashram back in 2020. Now, four years and three seasons later, fans continue to remember him as Baba Nirala. While the release date of Season 4 of Ashram is still under wraps, some of you might be curious about its filming location.

Aashram shooting location
Bobby Deol-starrer web series Ashram was shot in multiple locations in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh including Ayodhya, Gonda and Lucknow. The third season of the show was filmed at Bhopal’s Noor-us-Sabah Palace. It was built in the 1920s by HH Nawab Hamid Ullah Khan for his daughter Begum Aabida Sultan.
In Ayodhya, Ashram was shot at a ruined palace called Raj Sadan, which was transformed into a set for the show. The palace was in poor condition, with broken walls, jungle plants, and pigeons and monkeys. Reportedly, it took about a month to clean the palace and 4–5 months to restore it.
Aashram Season 4 release date
As of now, there is no official confirmation on the release date of Aashram Season 4. However, multiple reports indicate that it will be released in 2025. The teaser of the upcoming season was dropped by the makers back in 2023. However, the release date has been delayed several times due to unknown reasons.

Aashram Season 4
Ashram features an ensemble cast led by Bobby Deol as Kashipur Waale Baba Nirala/Monty Singh, a self-proclaimed godman who has built a vast criminal and political empire. Chandan Roy Sanyal portrays Bhupendra “Bhopa Swami” Singh, while Aaditi Pohankar plays Parminder “Pammi” Lochan.
The series revolves around the godman’s involvement in heinous crimes such as rapes, murders, drugs, and vote-bank politics, while the law and determined crusaders work to bring him to justice. Ashram web series is available for streaming on MX Player.
