Abhishek Bachchan shuts down divorce rumors about Aishwarya Rai
Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has finally addressed persistent rumors about his marriage to actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. For years, social media has been filled with speculation suggesting a rift or divorce between the couple. Despite these claims, Abhishek and Aishwarya have consistently appeared together in public, displaying a happy family life.
In a recent interview, Abhishek spoke candidly about the false rumors. He said that being a celebrity often makes one a target for speculation. “People will guess and write about everything you do,” he said. “Whatever nonsense is written about us is completely false, baseless, and malicious. These stories existed even before our marriage. People speculated about when we would tie the knot, and after our marriage, they predicted when we would get divorced. It’s all rubbish.”
Abhishek emphasized that he and Aishwarya know each other’s truth. “Aishwarya knows my truth, and I know hers,” he said. “Our family is happy and secure. That is what truly matters. Everything else is meaningless.”
When asked whether the rumors cause mental stress, Abhishek explained that they do not affect him. “If there were even a hint of truth, it might have impacted me,” he said. “But since it is all lies, it makes no difference.”
The actor also addressed concerns about their daughter, Aaradhya. He said that Aaradhya does not have a personal phone. Aishwarya has taught her not to believe everything she sees or reads online. This guidance ensures that false news about the family does not disturb her.
Abhishek Bachchan will soon be seen in the upcoming film King, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, and Suhana Khan. His career continues to flourish alongside his commitment to family life.
For context, Abhishek and Aishwarya married in 2007. Their daughter, Aaradhya, was born in 2011. Despite persistent rumors over the years, the couple continues to maintain a united and happy family, setting an example of resilience against media speculation.
