Punjab News: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today called upon the newly appointed Vice Chairperson of Punjab Economic Policy and Planning Board, Gulzar Inder Singh Chahal to make continuous efforts for the progress and prosperity of the state, thereby ensuring maximum well-being of the general public.

On this occasion, the Vice Chairperson met the Chief Minister and expressed his thanks to him for handing over this new responsibility.

During this, the Chief Minister said that the Economic Policy and Planning Board provides support to the state government in making plans for the development of the state, preparing plans for the development of various sectors and making other strategies. He said that the state government is already working on creating employment opportunities for the youth and preparing welfare schemes for the common people, hence the Board should continue to cooperate in this direction.
