Seven people, including three dead terrorists, have been made accused in this case. The anti-terrorism agency filed the chargesheet in the terrorist attack case in the special NIA court in Jammu after seven and a half months. According to the information, NIA has named the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and its associate organization The Resistance Front (TRF) in the chargesheet. The chargesheet also names three Pakistani terrorists involved in the attack who were later killed in Operation Mahadev in Srinagar. These terrorists include Suleman Shah, Hamza and Jibran. The names of two over ground workers (OGWs) who provided logistics support, shelter and food to the terrorists a day before the attack are also included in the chargesheet.
