Accusations of illegal recovery on Gaursons intensified, buyers demanded immediate action from YEIDA

Located in Sector-18 of Yamuna Expressway Gaur Yamuna City Hundreds of plot owners living in Gaursons Serious allegations of illegal extortion, pressure and arbitrariness have been made against him. According to residents:

Residents allege that the builder now:

  • ₹2 lakh to ₹10 lakh “Construction penalty” up to Rs.

  • without any official order

  • Without YEIDA permission

People say that:

  • Compensation to farmers first after purchasing the plot,

  • Then the registration process,

  • And now suddenly demands additional amount of lakhs of rupees

Pushing them into serious financial burden.

Many buyers told that they were also constructing the house while repaying the home loan, hence this penalty was applicable. not acceptable in any way,

The residents have submitted a memorandum to YEIDA appealing for action on these demands:

Residents of Gaur Yamuna City say that the arbitrariness of the builder is making the process of building their dream house extremely difficult. People want YEIDA and related departments to intervene restore transparency and ensure the protection of buyers’ rights.

Residents say in one voice:

People there say that Gaursons has been collecting maintenance charges from all the residents for the last 3 years, while the basic facilities which should have been provided by the builder have not been completed till date. Neither the necessary facilities in the project were provided on time nor any satisfactory service was provided in lieu of maintenance. Due to this, the residents there are seriously upset and are clearly calling it an unfair recovery.

“We have given everything as per the rules. The recovery being made now is completely illegal. YEIDA will have to intervene.”
