Actor Anupam Kher is going to work in his 550th film, shooting is going to start in Delhi.

Mumbai Veteran actor Anupam Kher has started work on his 550th film Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 movie. He described this milestone as an interval point in his life and career and expressed his gratitude to the film industry along with the audience for their continuous support. Sharing his thoughts on social media, Kher recalled a conversation he had with an international director at the Cannes Film Festival last year. Who, after knowing the number of his films, called him The Marathon Man of Indian Cinema.

Actor Anupam Kher said that today as I start my 550th film Khosla Ka Ghosla 2, my heart is filled with gratitude and thanks. Kher wrote on his Instagram handle that when he came to Mumbai, called the city of dreams, on June 3, 1981, he never thought that he would reach the milestone of 550 films. He said that his first shot for Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 movie is going to start in Delhi. Emphasizing this, he said that he still has a lot to give. The actor said that he believes he has just reached the middle of his career. He further said that dreams have no expiry date and cited his optimism, dedication and strong work ethic as his biggest strengths which have sustained him all these years. Just FYI, I really feel I have a lot to offer and a lot to do. I have just reached an interval point in my life and my career. Dreams have no expiry date! My optimism, my never-say-die attitude and my ability to work hard have been my greatest strengths. Kher also thanked the producers, directors, co-actors, technicians and the audience and said that without their support his long journey in cinema would not have been possible. Expressing his heartfelt gratitude to the audience, he said that without their encouragement, achieving this milestone of 550 films would not have been possible. But my survival for so many years has been possible only because I got support from all my producers, directors, co-actors, technicians and most of all my audience. Reaching this milestone would never have been possible without your support. Talking about the work front, Anupam Kher has recently directed his second film Tanvi The Great, in which debutant Shubhangi Dutt is in the lead role.
