Actor Boman Irani will be seen in the lead role in superstar Ram Charan’s film Paddy, to be released on Ram Navami on March 27.

Mumbai Veteran actor Boman Irani will be seen in the film Peddi with superstar Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. This film will hit the theaters on March 27 next year on the occasion of Ram Navami. The makers have shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the set, in which Irani is seen with director Buchi Babu Sana and cinematographer R Rathnavelu. The caption accompanying the picture reads that it is a great honor to work with this legend and true cinema lover Boman Irani sir.

The film Peddi directed by Buchi Babu Sana is being described as a rustic emotional drama. Which is one of the most intense roles of Ram Charan till date. Since its announcement, the film has already generated a lot of anticipation due to its scale, cast and Rahman’s musical involvement. In November the makers released the first single Chikiri Chikiri. Ram Charan’s smooth moves along with AR Rahman’s magical music has already made the song a place in the hearts of fans and many are praising this melodious track. Also, the stunning visuals make the song even more catchy, giving a glimpse of what we will see in the film Peddi. A teaser titled Peddi First Shot was released on Ram Navami earlier this year. It features Ram Charan in a rugged avatar walking through a dusty field, lighting up a beedi and uttering the line “I have only one life to live and I want to make the most of it.” The film stars Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu, Shiv Rajkumar and Divyendu Sharma. Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is presented by Maithri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner.
