Information regarding the last journey of Yogesh Mahajan has been shared by the Mahajan family. He wrote, 'We have to inform with great sadness that our favorite Yogesh Mahajan has died suddenly.' Ravi Rao died of a heart attack on 19 January 2025. This is a terrible shock for our entire family, relatives and friends.

Apart from many Marathi films, Yogesh Mahajan made his special place in the hearts of the audience with many Hindi mythological serials. Yogesh was in Umargaon for the shooting of Hindi serial 'Shiv Shakti-Tap, Tyag, Tandav'. In this serial he played the role of Shukracharya.
What happened with Yogesh?
According to media reports, as soon as the shooting of 'Shiv Shakti-Tapa, Tyag, Tandav' ended on Saturday evening, Yogesh's health started deteriorating. So he went to the doctor and took medicine. He slept in the hotel room at night, but did not come to the set for shooting on Sunday morning. After this, many members of the team of his serial tried to contact him by phone, but he did not pick up the phone, when the door of his room was opened, he was on the bed. He breathed his last there.
Yogesh was a resident of Jalgaon
Yogesh was born in September 1976 in a farmer family of Jalgaon. Despite not having any godfather in acting, Yogesh made his mark in Marathi, Hindi and Bhojpuri cinema with his hard work and dedication. Before the entertainment world, he was in the Indian Army. He started his acting from Bhojpuri. He has made a special place in the hearts of the audience with many Marathi films like 'Mumbaiche Shahane', 'Samsarchi Maya'.
