I posted this I did it because I felt empowered and safe to share my feelings, and it touched people's hearts. The positive feedback and encouragement inspired me to share something I never said openly, so to speak. To every person going through similar things in life “They feel that they can overcome anything by believing in themselves and their mental strength.” She further said, “When I was 19, I was going through a lot. I was not in a very good mood. During this time, I gained a lot of weight, which had a bad effect on my fitness and health. I Stopped doing physical activity, and this made things worse. I had always been an ambitious girl at that young age! Wanted. And now, something in front of me. That became a big obstacle to achieving my dreams. I think it was a big warning to me. I couldn't believe that I had taken myself for granted.” Her heart-touching note further reads, “I remember one day, when I was lying on my bed, I told myself that I have to take care of myself. I have to take care of myself, my family and my ambitions. And to be happy and healthy I wanted to touch the moon and I knew I had the ability to change things, but I focused on my fitness and health and when i 21 By the time I turned 1, my body and mind were in a whole new mode. I gradually got fit, lost 30 kilos and the slipped disc problem did not recur, which meant I could be carefree and more. Could focus on getting fit. Life always throws a lot of things at us; I think we just need to move forward and focus.”
