Actress Sonia Bansal lashed out at airport officials

Mumbai (Anil Bedaag): Actress Sonia Bansal is one such artiste in the Indian entertainment industry who always speaks her heart in every situation. Be it during her stint in Bigg Boss 17 or after that, we have always seen her express her opinions with utmost honesty and dignity, something that always resonates with her incredible fan following across the country but it seems That this time, something has started his big time due to which he is in trouble with the airport authorities.

The actress recently had a really horrible and harrowing experience at the airport. While the normal gate closure rule at the airport is 25 minutes, the airline she was traveling with apparently closed the gate of the particular flight 40 minutes before departure, making it difficult for her. The actress, who almost missed the flight in the process due to delay in security check, criticized the airlines and airport authorities for this annoying behavior with passengers.

When asked more about the same, the actress said that I was traveling and what I considered a normal routine was completely different. The gate closing rule is 25 minutes before departure, but the particular airline and flight I was traveling on had closed the gate 40 minutes before departure. Due to the delay in security check, I reached the gate a little late and hence, they were not allowing me to board the flight initially. After much heated argument, I finally managed to board the plane.

However, it is not as easy as it seems here. I have to say that when they cause unnecessary delays of hours on their part, do they ever think about the passengers and their schedules? They literally mind their own business and barely keep an eye on the passengers. But when it comes to their inconvenience, to hide their mistake or delay, they want to rush the passengers for early departure by closing the gate before the scheduled time. Just because they're already running late. Is this even fair? Airlines need passengers and passengers need airlines. It is a mutual need and hence, the best interest of everyone should always be kept in mind. It is high time that this ridiculous culture stops and airlines start taking into account the interest of the passengers as well.
