Government did not get any warrant against Adani

Jaiswal was responding to a question on the allegations made against Adani and others during his weekly press conference. On a question whether the US has sent any summons or warrant on the Adani case, he said India has not received any such request. Jaiswal said any request made by a foreign government for execution of a summons or arrest warrant is part of mutual legal assistance. Such requests are examined on merits. But we have not received any request from America in this matter.
