There has been a rise in the shares of all the companies listed in the stock market of this group today. On BSE, Adani Energy Solutions shares are trading with a gain of 7.71%, Adani Power shares are trading with a gain of 5.96%, Adani Total Gas shares are trading with a gain of 4.70%, Adani Green Energy shares are trading with a gain of 4.34% and Adani Enterprises shares are trading with a gain of 4.15%.
Ambuja Cements rose by 1.92 per cent, Adani Ports by 1.67 per cent, NDTV by 3.61 per cent, Adani Wilmar by 2.78 per cent, Sanghi Industries by 1.71 per cent and ACC by 1.37 per cent. There was a decline in the shares of all the companies of Adani Group on Tuesday. Adani Green Energy's shares had fallen the most by 7 percent.
SEC fraud charges
Meanwhile, Adani Green Energy Ltd on Wednesday said that billionaire Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar Adani have not been charged with violating the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or FCPA in an alleged bribery case. The company said it has been charged under the SEC with fraud, which includes the imposition of monetary penalties.

Adani Green Energy Limited informed the stock market that such reports which claim that these three have been accused of FCPA violation are absolutely false. They have been charged with offenses punishable with fine or punishment. According to company information, Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani and Vineet Jain have not been charged with any violation of the FCPA as set forth in the US Justice Department's indictment or the US SEC's civil complaint.
3 charges in criminal indictment
It said that these directors have been charged with 3 counts in the criminal indictment. He is accused of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and securities fraud. Adani Group has denied all the charges and said it will seek all possible legal help for its defence.
