Adani Group's EBITDA growth stands at 25.5% for H1 FY25
Delhi Delhi: After adjusting for non-recurring prior period income, Adani Group's EBITDA growth for H1FY25 stands at a remarkable 25.5 per cent. According to Adani, EBITDA for the trailing twelve months (TTM) reached Rs 83,440 crore, showing a strong growth of 17.1 per cent year-on-year. After adjusting for prior period earnings, TTM EBITDA growth reached a remarkable 34.3 percent, reflecting the Group's strong operating performance and solid growth trajectory. The Adani portfolio has achieved record growth with strong contributions from its core infrastructure businesses, which include the fast-growing solar and wind manufacturing sector, airports and roads. For H1FY25, Adani Portfolio recorded EBITDA of Rs 44,212 crore, showing a marginal growth of 1.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY). Annualized “run-rate” EBITDA, which accounts for profits from recently commissioned assets, grew by 22.1 per cent to Rs 88,192 crore, reflecting the continued expansion of the group's business operations.
The group's asset base grew by Rs 75,277 crore in H1FY25 to total Rs 5.53 lakh crore. This milestone highlights the resilience and broad growth of Adani's infrastructure portfolio, which is supported by stable and predictable cash flows from its core businesses.
The core infrastructure segment, which includes utilities, transport and energy, accounted for 86.8 per cent of total EBITDA in H1 FY25, driving most of the growth.
