Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Sonbhadra conducted a thorough review of the prevailing discussions in the orderly room of police station Chopan.

On Friday, 03.07.2026, the orderly room of Police Station Chopan was organized by Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Sonbhadra Anil Kumar. During the orderly room, various important investigations, pending cases, court related works and other police related records prevailing at Chopan police station were reviewed in detail.

During the review, the Additional Superintendent of Police, after receiving case-wise information from the investigators, reviewed the current progress of the investigations, evidence collection, arrest of the accused, pending statutory proceedings and the quality of the investigation.

He directed that fair, transparent and timely disposal of every investigation should be ensured and effective legal action should be taken after thoroughly examining the available physical, technical and scientific evidence.

Instructions were given by the Additional Superintendent of Police for speedy disposal of pending investigations, immediate arrest of wanted accused, timely execution of court related work, systematic maintenance of records and execution of all investigation related work in a quality manner. Besides, special emphasis was laid on making crime control more effective and ensuring strict and effective action against criminals.

At the end of the orderly room, the Additional Superintendent of Police instructed all the investigators and policemen of Chopan police station to maintain law and order, establish effective control on crimes and ensure quality and timely disposal of public complaints.
