A few days ago, Santosh Kumar RS had claimed that Dhurandhar 2 is a copy of his script written in the year 2023. After watching the film, I came to know that this is my story, which I had written with great effort in 2023.

According to Santosh, there are many similarities between his story and the story of the film. He had said, ‘In my story a boy’s family is attacked by criminals and he takes revenge. He is the son of a former army officer, kills 10 people and gets arrested. Later, impressed by his bravery, he is sent to Pakistan so that he can become a RAW agent and end terrorism. Aditya Dhar has taken the main line of my film and added a political angle to it.

According to the report of Hindustan Times, Aditya Dhar’s team has completely rejected these allegations. Aditya Dhar has sent a legal notice to Santosh Kumar through his legal team, in which his allegations have been declared false and he has been asked to stop making such statements. Despite this, Santosh is continuously making allegations, hence now preparations are being made to take legal action against him. All the allegations of Santosh are baseless and false. The story of Dhurandhar is completely original, written by Aditya himself and registered in September 2023. Whereas Santosh has claimed to register his script in November 2023.

Santosh Kumar had also asked to file the case

Santosh told that he had narrated his script to many big production houses. He says that when he tried to contact him regarding this matter, he did not get a direct response. He had said, ‘I could not meet Aditya Dhar. When I contacted Jio Studios, they told me to talk to B62 Studios. Now I am filing a case against them. The producers were asking me why are you taking this matter to the public and calling it wrong. I clearly said that now you should answer in the court.
