Administration’s strict action on illegal mining in Khajni: Murder case will be imposed on breaking the rules

Khajni:Gorakhpur. The district administration has taken a strict stance on illegal mining, overloading and negligence related to mining in Khajni area. CO Khajni Vivek Tiwari and ACDM Khajni Rajesh Pratap Singh have called a sudden meeting of officials, kiln owners and mining contractors and issued a strict warning that now there will be no scope for breaking any rules.

Strict instructions in the meeting

In the meeting, the administration clearly said that mining work will be conducted only completely legally and as per the prescribed rules. CO Vivek Tiwari said that mining will be done only from 10 pm to 5 am. It will be mandatory to put up a board at the mining site and mining will be allowed only after depositing valid royalty.
He clearly warned that operation of dumpers without number plates will be completely banned. There will be a complete ban on driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at high speed, playing loud music and blowing loud horns at night.

CO Vivek Tiwari said that if despite being informed about the rules, any driver or vehicle owner is negligent and a road accident occurs due to this, then a case of murder will be registered against the concerned driver and vehicle owner. He also talked about a strict ban on driving by minor drivers. Strict action will be taken if a minor is caught.
Overloading and registration mandatory
ACDM Rajesh Pratap Singh bluntly said in the meeting that overloading, over speeding and operation of any dumper or tractor without registration will not be tolerated. Mandatory registration of all vehicles will be done in the concerned police station. Illegal mining will not be tolerated at any cost.
CO Binay Tiwari also participated in the meeting and talked about banning the installation of loud speakers in vehicles.
