  • Dip the right nostril into the water, take a deep breath so that the water flows into the nostril, then straighten your head and release the left nostril.
  • Allow the water to flow naturally through the mouth, the opposite nostril, or the same nostril.
  • Repeat the process with the left palm and nostril, closing the right nostril.
  • Gently blow water out through your nostrils, one at a time.
  • Do not lie down or sit under a fan/air-conditioning for at least 15 minutes after practice.
  • After Jala Neti, do Kapalabhati.
