Advertisement issued for recruitment on 2619 posts of Ayush doctors, you can apply from 1st December to 21st December 2024

There is very good news for the candidates who have studied medicine through Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and Unani. Notification for reinstatement on the posts of AYUSH doctors has been issued for the candidates with these degrees. The process of applying for this will start from December 1, 2024 and will continue till December 21, 2024. This recruitment has been done by State Health Society, Bihar. Application has to be made online on the official website Shs.bihar.gov.in.

Applications have been invited for reinstatement on a total of 2619 posts of AYUSH doctors. Of the total posts, there are 1411 posts of AYUSH Doctor (Ayurvedic), 706 posts of AYUSH Doctor (Homeopathic) and 502 posts of AYUSH Doctor (Unani). The application process will start on December 1 at 10 am.

What should be the qualification for AYUSH doctor?

For the post of AYUSH Doctor (Ayurvedic), the candidate should have Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery degree from a recognized university. Whereas for the post of AYUSH Doctor (Homeopathic), one should have Bachelor degree in Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery. For the post of Ayush Doctor Unani, the candidate should have a degree in Unani Medicine and Surgery.

How will the selection be done?

Applicants for the posts of AYUSH doctor will be selected through CBT examination. The exam will be of 100 marks. Candidates successful in the examination will be called for document verification.
