Increase in silver prices (Silver Rate Today)
Silver prices in the country’s futures market were seen rising on Tuesday after a big fall on Monday. In the trading session, silver rose by Rs 12,478 to Rs 2,36,907 per kg. At 9:45 am, silver was trading at Rs 2,33,482 per kg with a gain of Rs 9,053. On Monday, silver prices closed at Rs 2,24,429. Although some people expected that there could be a decline on Tuesday, but silver opened at the level of Rs 2,31,100 and remained on the rise.

On Monday, silver crossed Rs 2.50 lakh for the first time and reached a new record level of Rs 2,54,174. After this, investors started selling profits and the prices fell below Rs 2,25,000 by the time the market closed. This means that silver closed approximately Rs 29,745 lower than the record level. According to experts, the reason behind this decline was the effect of peace talks between Trump and Zelensky. Silver prices may increase again in the coming days.

A rise in the price of gold was also seen on Tuesday. At 9:50 am, gold was trading at Rs 1,35,675 per ten grams with an increase of Rs 733. During the trading session, gold also reached Rs 1,36,044 per ten grams. A day ago, gold prices had closed at Rs 1,34,942. On Monday, the price of gold had fallen by Rs 4,931. Experts believe that the prices of both gold and silver may continue to rise in the coming days.

Today in Chennai, 24 carat gold is being sold at ₹1,37,460 and 22 carat gold at ₹1,26,000 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kerala and Pune, 24 carat gold is available at ₹1,36,200 and 22 carat gold is available at ₹1,24,850 per 10 grams. In Delhi, 10 grams of 24 carat gold is being sold at ₹ 1,36,350 and 22 carat gold is being sold at ₹ 1,25,000. In Vadodara and Ahmedabad, the price of 24 carat gold is ₹1,36,250 and 22 carat gold is ₹1,24,900 per 10 grams.
