After returning to Team India, Ishan Kishan now gets another big responsibility

New Delhi. Jharkhand Cricket Board has announced the team for the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy. Captain Ishan Kishan, who recently won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for the first time for Jharkhand, has again been given the command of the team. Vijay Hazare Trophy is starting from 24th December, in which Jharkhand will play its first match against Karnataka in Ahmedabad. Apart from Kishan, this Jharkhand team also includes names like Kumar Kushagra, Anukul Roy, Robin Minz, Abhinav Sharan and Virat Singh.

Ishaan’s performance in Syed Mushtaq Ali

Ishaan had performed brilliantly with the bat in Syed Mushtaq Ali. He scored 517 runs in 10 innings at an average of 57.44. During this period he had scored two centuries and two half-centuries. The special thing is that he played an important role in winning the trophy for his team by playing a match-winning inning of 101 runs in the final against Haryana. Ishaan, who performed brilliantly in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, got its reward and was included in Team India for the T20 World Cup. He was given a place in the Indian team as the second wicketkeeper-batsman apart from Sanju Samson.

On one hand, Ishaan’s parents are elated over his selection, while on the other hand this young batsman has also reacted on it. Ishan Kishan expressed happiness over his return to the Indian team and said that I am very happy. Also, very happy for my home team Jharkhand, which won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for the first time. All the players performed brilliantly.
