After PM Modi’s video message, Rahul Gandhi again demands dismissal of Dharmendra Pradhan

Rahul Gandhi: On the issue of paper leak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a video message addressing the students through social media late at night. After this message came to light, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi targeted the Central Government and reiterated the demand for the removal of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Rahul Gandhi, while reacting on social media platform Rahul Gandhi demanded that Dharmendra Pradhan be dismissed, those who took action against students should be punished and the government should apologize.

What did PM Modi say?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his video message that paper leak is not a trivial matter. This causes mental and emotional pain to lakhs of students and their families, he said, adding that after the incidents in the last two and a half months, the government has taken several necessary steps and the culprits have been arrested and sent to jail.

The Prime Minister said that the biggest responsibility of the government was to ensure that one year of the students is not wasted. Keeping this in mind, examinations of about 22 lakh students were conducted in a short time, he said that the examination results have also been released on the 19th.

PM Modi said that the government will not be limited to only arresting the culprits, he had instructed the concerned departments to set up fast track courts to hear paper leak cases. The departments have prepared its draft and submitted it to them.
