Threat to bomb air travel

New Delhi. Bomb threats: There are bomb threats on passenger planes in the country. On Sunday, 24 planes received bomb threats. Sources said that emergency landing of 20 planes was done. In the last week, more than 90 aircraft have received bomb threats, resulting in a loss of approximately Rs 200 crore. In view of these incidents, the central government has dismissed DGCA chief Vikram Dev Dutt.

Report to Home Ministry

As the bomb threat continues, the Home Ministry has also asked the CISF, NIA and IB to submit a detailed report to the Aviation Ministry and the Department of Civil Aviation Security.

Landing session continues

Threat to six aircraft each of Air India, Indigo and Vistara. These planes flew to cities like Mumbai, Istanbul, Ahmedabad, Jadhpur, Frankfurt, Singapore, Bagdegra etc. After the threat an emergency landing had to be made.
