Akhilesh Yadav’s big statement before the UP Assembly session, said – ‘The government wants to discuss Vande Mataram to avoid public issues…’
Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav said that the UP government wants to avoid public issues and hence wants to discuss Vande Mataram by leaving aside the important issues even though it has already been discussed in the Lok Sabha. He said that people of BJP ideology never sang Vande Mataram before or after independence and now want to discuss Vande Mataram to avoid important issues. Akhilesh Yadav was addressing the media at SP headquarters on Thursday.

He said that the India-South Africa match was canceled due to pollution in Lucknow and the government people were saying that the Air Quality Index (AQI) was fine. He said where did these people bring AQI from. Government people are saying not to trust the AQI data of any independent agency. These people are saying this so that there is no discussion on pollution.

He said that BJP has cut the maximum number of trees. Entire forests in Chhattisgarh were destroyed. Now they want to destroy the Aravalli hills. While getting mining done in Sonbhadra, a 500 feet pit was made. These people do not want to talk about the issues.
Helper needed with Nitish
When Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar removed the hijab of a girl, Akhilesh Yadav said that at this age she needs a helper. Emotions of any community should not be hurt. This kind of incident should not happen to anyone.
Questions raised on SIR
Akhilesh Yadav said that BJP is conducting Special Intensive Review (SIR) with the help of Election Commission. With its help the government wants to cut off the votes of the opposition.
