Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav said that the UP government wants to avoid public issues and hence wants to discuss Vande Mataram by leaving aside the important issues even though it has already been discussed in the Lok Sabha. He said that people of BJP ideology never sang Vande Mataram before or after independence and now want to discuss Vande Mataram to avoid important issues. Akhilesh Yadav was addressing the media at SP headquarters on Thursday.

These people are saying this so that there is no discussion on pollution.
