Ahmedabad News: A bench of Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal and Justice Pranab Trivedi today once again directed the state government to implement mandatory helmet rule for two-wheeler riders ahead of Navratri on a PIL filed in the Gujarat High Court on the proposed flyover project. The High Court also said that if two-wheeler drivers are caught violating the helmet rule three times, then the license of such drivers should be canceled or suspended. The High Court has clearly asked the government and AMUCO to repair the roads of Ahmedabad city before Navratri and follow the rules of helmet.
