If AI is developed responsibly, it can enhance human potential, as humans have a natural desire to create, contribute and add value.

Human creativity is so deeply rooted that society cannot simply delegate its tasks to machines. Even if AI develops extraordinary capabilities over time, it will not lose the relevance of human contributions. The real debate is not how powerful AI will become, but whether humans will lose their value. Empathy, creativity and the tendency to contribute to society cannot be imitated by machines. AI can be trained to perform complex tasks, but the human desire for connection, care and decision-making is unique. While AI is in the workplace as a ‘digital colleague’, it will require human supervision and partnership to achieve optimal results, he said.
