AIBE 19 Exam Analysis: Check good attempts, difficulty level here
New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) concluded the All India Bar Examination XIX (AIBE 19) at 1 PM. The exam was held for a duration of three hours and 30 minutes. As per the candidates who appeared in the AIBE 19 exam, the paper was of moderate level. The AIBE 19 paper had questions from case laws and landmark judgements directly from the Bare Acts.
The AIBE paper had a total of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the Labour and Industrial Disputes Act, New Criminal Laws, Cyber Laws, Minor Laws, Torts, Income Tax Acts, Contracts, Land Acquisition Act, Specific Relief Act and Constitution of India.
As per the AIBE 19 marking scheme, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking for the incorrect responses. To pass the exam, the general and Other Backward Caste (OBC) category candidates need to have a minimum of 45 per cent marks. The passing marks for the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and disabled category candidates is 40 per cent.

AIBE 19 Cut-off 2024 Expected
Based on the exam’s qualifying criteria, the AIBE 19 cut-off marks will be determined. The final cut-off is taken if any questions are dropped from the paper or if errors are found in the question paper, which is addressed during the answer key objection process.
