AILET registration 2025 fee payment last date further extended; window open till 2 PM today

The official notice reads, ‘The registration for AILET 2025 has been closed. Candidates who have initiated their registration but have not yet made the payment for AILET 2025 can complete their registration by paying the fee up to 2:00 PM on November 21, 2024’.

AILET application fee

• The application fee for the general category candidates is Rs 3,500
• For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates, the application fee is Rs 1,500.

AILET admit card, exam date

NLU Delhi will issue the AILET admit card 2025 on November 28. The registered mobile number and password will be required to download the AILET admit card. The admit card is a mandatory document to appear for entrance exam and it contains important details such as the exam date, exam timing, exam centre details, reporting time, important instructions for the exam and others.

The exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 8 in a single shift from 2 PM to 4 PM. AILET 2025 will be held in pen and paper-based test mode.

Last year, the AILET exam pattern was revised and the time duration of the exam was increased from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. The descriptive section in the AILET PG exam pattern was also removed keeping the exam duration to 120 minutes for it as well. The total mark for the exam is 150. One mark per question will given for the correct attempt and 0.25 marks will be deducted for the incorrect response.

AILET is conducted for admission into the BA LLB (Hons) programme. For LLM admissions, the AILET PG exam is conducted.
