New Delhi : These days, the use of AI is increasing in the country, due to which many scam incidents are coming to light. Not only common people but also big celebrities are becoming victims of this new technology. In this connection, news is coming out that something like this has happened with Bharti Airtel Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal, hearing about which he too has been shocked.

Actually, something has happened that some scammer had copied Sunil Bharti Mittal's voice exactly and started trying to swindle people in a clever way. When this incident came to the notice of the Chairman of Airtel, he was completely surprised to know about it.

During a program, Airtel Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal shared information about this incident. In which he has told that his voice was cloned by copying it exactly. He told that an official of his company received a call in Dubai, in which he was asked to transfer money to an account in his name. Immediately after which the officer narrated the recording of this call to Sunil Mittal, after hearing which he was completely speechless. Sunil Mittal has said that he can never give such instructions to any of his officers, after which that officer did not transfer the cash and narrowly escaped this scam.

AI can prove dangerous

Bharti Airtel Chairman Sunil Mittal was quite surprised to hear about the incident of using his voice for the scam. After this he said that this new AI technology is being misused, which can prove dangerous in future. He has also emphasized that when his voice can be tampered with, it can be the biggest threat to the general public. Sunil Mittal, after knowing that his voice was being used for scam, has clearly said that he should take protective steps to avoid the threat of AI.
