Major glitch in Airtel network, thousands of users troubled
Obnews Tech Desk: There was a serious problem in Airtel's network from around 10:30 am today, due to which both mobile and broadband users were troubled. According to Downdetector data, complaints about network down increased rapidly. Many users reported that “No Network” was visible on their phones with Airtel SIM.

Mobile internet users were most affected by this glitch. According to the complaints, 40% of the users complained about internet not working, while the same number of users said that Airtel's services had completely stopped. About 22% of the users said that they were not getting any kind of signal. The problem was seen in many cities across the country, suggesting that it is a widespread technical flaw.

Users troubled by this network problem took to social media and shared their problems. He said that calls were being dropped, internet speed had become very slow, and at times the network had disappeared completely. One user wrote on Twitter, “Airtel network is down, neither able to make calls nor able to use internet. After all, why is such a problem happening in the system of such a big company?”

There has been no official statement from Airtel regarding this problem yet. Users are raising questions as to why the network system of a company with such a large customer base is facing such a major glitch.
