Bhubaneswar: Ajay Sawant, ThinkOcean’s President and a young voice in marine conservation, was recently honoured as one of the North American Association of Environmental Education’s (NAAEE) EE 30 Under 30 Environmental Leaders.
This recognition celebrates his work in ocean-climate communication and his dedication to educating others about the critical intersections of marine health and climate resilience and furthering conservation and policy work. He is also the recipient of the GEEP (US Department x Taiwan Ministry x NAAEE) partnership’s Youth Innovation Prize and the High Seas Ambassador for the historical BBNJ Agreement.
