When did Rahane do this feat?

Ajinkya Rahane is the only batsman in IPL history to hit 6 fours in 6 balls. In the year 2012, Rahane had achieved this feat against Royal Challengers Bangalore at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. The match was played between RCB and Rajasthan Royals on 15 April 2012. In this match, Rahane had created history by hitting 6 consecutive fours in the over of Srinath Arvind. While batting in this match, Rahane played an innings of 103 runs in 60 balls. Which included 12 fours and 5 sixes.

Why is Rahane being trolled?

In IPL 2026, Rahane is facing trolling regarding his decisions and strike rate. Even though in the first match, Rahane had played an inning of 67 runs on 40 balls against Mumbai Indians, but in the second match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rahane was able to score only 8 runs on 10 balls.

In the third match, Rahane was playing against Punjab Kings after scoring 8 runs on 6 balls, but the match was canceled due to rain. So far this season, KKR team has not been able to win a single match under the captaincy of Rahane.
